newly constructed commercial shop

i have shop and the stamp duty registration and ghar patti is transferred on m name but the builder is demanding for more money without any clarifications. infact he has stuffed his goods in m shop. what should i do. please advice

A.If builder is taking undue advantage of dominant position u can approach consumer court to redress ur grievances. Also demanding extra amount under guise of charges n other expenses is modus operandi of the builder. U should stick to clauses of Agreement if there is any.
