Undated case regarding

When I observed court web site my case showed as undated case. I asked my lawyer he said permanent injection order issued on 14/10/2019. But it is not showed on web site. Please clarify it

A.Hello,
Due to heavy workload on the clerks of the Court, it takes time sometimes to upload all the cases information on the website.
Although to be sure of the same, you can always apply for the certified copy of the order.
