We have a property in the name of my father in law which was given by his father and he got it registered and is in the name of my father in law. he has he has wife and three sons . who is the legally authorized to enjoy the property does his wife full rights to take over. now third son is staying with her. and second son is asking for property distribution
who is the first and legally authorized to stay in the same property

A.dear client in your case If your father in law has demised in that case everyone i.e the remaining legal heirs are the owners of the property and has equal share.

A.you say that property was given to him by his father and he got it registered and is in the name of my father in law. If he got it registered to himself then it becomes his absolute property. And if it is registered to your mother-in-law ( you say 'her' and 'she' ) it becomes her absolute property.

A.If your father in law has demised in that case everyone i.e the remaining legal heirs are the owners of the property and has equal share.
