Public Speakers in Neighbouring Church

There is a church in front of our house. They for prayers evaru Sunday and Tuesday which is not at all our concern but the sound from loud speakers they use during this prayer session was unbearable. I dont know even if I can complain to police and on what ground I should if I complain. Please help me through an advice. I even warned few influential people of church that they either reduce the volume or I will Lodge a complaint. Please help me if I can go legally in this matter. Thank you.

A.Things you need to do
1. Write a written letter to the office bearers of the church regarding your complaint
-- Note that they will not take any action.
2. Lodge a complain in the local police station along with the above letter of complaint.
-- Note that in all probability even the Police will not take any action as a religious place of worship is involved.
3. Wait for a fair bit of time, say 10 to 15 days and then write a Complaint to the Environment Control Department of your area / locality / district / state and annex the documents mentioned in point 1 and 2 stating your grievance.
-- This should be helpful and the action should start. [IF NOT], THEN
4. File a complaint in the 'Green Tribunal' which is the Environment Tribunal along with all documents [point 1 to point 3] and appoint a lawyer for your case. This case shall be strong and will help you in the same.
