if my uncles (Dads Younger Brother) family of 3 members have their names added in my (Dads ownership flat) ration card, but they are living seperately in a rental flat elsewere, if my dad sells his flat in future, can my uncle ask for share in property sale amount, as his name is added in our ration card

A.dear client in your case If all their names are added to the ownership then how come your dad is the the sole owner of the flat? kindly clarify.

A.If all their names are added to the ownership then how come your dad is the the sole owner of the flat? kindly clarify.

Sorry Sir, my dad's the sole owner of the flat and registered only in his name, while uncle and his family names are only added in our ration card entry and they are staying in rental flat, my Dad had added their names in ration card for cousins education purpose
