Show cause notice under section 107/111

I am Govt Group A officer and area police filed kalandra before SDM under sec 107 against false complaint by neighbour. Kalandra was filed under sec 107 against both i. e. Myself and neighbour.
Being a Govt officer there is no scope for me to breach the peace.
Now can I file application under section 115 to dispense me from personal appearance due my occupancy to official assignments

A.You can file the same. However, it is subject to acceptance.
If accepted you shall not be brought to court and if not accepted you need to follow the orders of the court as a dutiful citizen.
