AS REFLECTED IN BIULDING PLAN & STAMP DUTY PAID ON 663Sq.Ft) NOTE: BUILDING IS NOT COMPLETED . 20-30% WORK IS LEFT (COMPLECTION CERTIFICATE NOT RECEIVED). QUERY: WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE & CHARGES TO BE PAID TO ? NOTE: WHEN I CONTACTED 2 LAWYERS IN KALYAN I WAS ABOVE CORRECTIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE & ANOTHER LAWYER TOLD ' FIRSTLY ABOVE CORRECTIONS SHOULD BE CERTIFIED BY JOINT DISTRICT REGISTRAR, THANE AND THEN THESE WILL BE RECTIFIED BY SUB REGISTRAR KALYAN.
