ancestral property purchase by grand father than transfer to grand mother. Father made sale dead of purchase from mother. Father want to sale the property and won't want us to give share. Can we claim this as ancestral property and file suit for partitions.
A.Dear Sir,
It is not ancestral property legally however you can file partition suit and take interim injunction order restraining your father from selling the property on other grounds.
