i want divorce from my husband...i am not able to tolerate his torture.
i have a girl baby of 5 years...my husband is applying for a wgc petition
what can i do ....he is not ready to give divorce also..main intention is i need to spend money for court and should not get divorce also...please suggest me what has to be done..notice which i receive from court ...i need to receive ha..in case if i dont receive the notice which i receive from court what happens? financial i am not strong

A.Dear Madam,
You have to file divorce case under following Section and seek huge alimony.
============================================================================
13 Divorce. —
(1) Any marriage solemnised, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may, on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party—
16 [(i) has, after the solemnisation of the marriage, had voluntary sexual intercourse with any person other than his or her spouse; or]
16 [(ia) has, after the solemnisation of the marriage, treated the petitioner with cruelty; or]
