One of my colleague shared some what'sapp screenshot to the Internal committee and alleged me for the sexual harassment, but at what context I told that she did not mention. IC told me to write a apology letter so it would be closed or I can choose investigation. What should I do. But I believe firstly she said something after that I used that word she also said sorry for misunderstanding but later on made complain.

A.Ask for the compliant copy from the ICC and check first and respond. I feel this is case of misunderstanding
