MARRIAGE DISTURBANCE WITH WIFE.

Dear Sir, I am into an unbearable situation. I got married in 27th Jan 2019 to govt employed wife (Postal Dept). She is pregnant now with 9 months . I am also working in private company. Her income is more than me. After my marriage, she is not listening my words and don't loves/cares me. And she also neglected my father & mother. In any small issue in my family she call her father/mother for interfere. After her father come he also misbehave to my family. After 6 month of marriage i know that, she is talking with her boy friend (Having phone call details) more times with absent of my knowledge. I say all the details to her parents in front of my wife,but her family don't say any things to her daughter. She is attempt to suicide in my house one time. Now she is staying with her parents last 2 months. My family have tired to talk with her but her father don't allow for talk, he say i will think after delivery. And he say that, what will happen you wait and watch and we will see in court. After that issue their are no contact with each other. My questions are: 1. Her father threatening me we will see in court, if he do that what happened. 2. What will happened after delivery, he may raised false cases like dowry and domestic violence, how can i save myself 3. If she suicide in her house can i suffered / arrested. 4. After delivery can she is more legally strong for cases against me? 5. If she not come after delivery what can i do?

Yes, you have a weak case since there are so many Acts in favour of married woman. If you wish to take divorce then you may read the following consequences.

Ans: Alimony means one time full settlement money given to wife. Montly maintenance is awareded during the pendency of case. She is entitled for one only.
2. What’s are rule and regulation for taking divorce?
Ans: It is given below.
3.I want to know whether my wife can claim her rights on the property of my parents like (my parents house) where i and my family live in as alimony.
Ans: No, wife has no share only right for maintenance or alimony. If she is educated and avoiding employment then alimony will be between Rs.2 – 3 lakhs one time settlement.
4.Will court seal my parent house as alimony ? And even she is asking to sign a paper where it will written as tht I can’t meet my son also in my entire life .
Ans: No, your father property cannot be ancestratl property as such your son not entitled for any share. You should not sign any paper. You have pay monthly maintenance to your son till he attains age of majority, only if you have sufficient means/source of income.
5.Can I take my son custody after 7 years from court.
Ans: Yes, even before that.
6.If I want to do settle out court what is the chance of her asking me for alimony amount?
Ans: Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs.
