My name is Suresh i have got married in june 2011..in last 6 yrs my wife always fighting with me.. she only hearing her mother words, her mother growing her against me..one day she is talking with her mother on my nephew phone..that call is recorded in that phone she is used very bad language about my family and me..and she is also making my children against me and not allowing them to visit my fathers house..and she is always threatening me like i will commit suicide..she also committed once putting her fingers in switches.. i want to become out of this torcher iam not happy with her from last 6yrs. i have two children. please help me what are the legal consequences behind this???

2) get custody of a child at least one. get visiting rights to see your children
3) Mariage bond is more important, for you and children, Try to keep it. Last resort is Divorce.
You may create evidence and then go for divorce without alimony.
