Hello, there are 18 shop operators and all of us has received a notice to leave shops within 15 days. No proper reason is stated in that notice.
Shops are given by security deposits and monthly rents..and rents are being paid timely?
What should we do can we get a stay order?
MC hasn't renewed the 3 yearly contract since 6 years and suddenly the notice

A.Dear Sir,
Immediately approach High Court or Civil Court and get a instant stay order on such notice.

A.Reply to Notice and subsequently approach competent court of law immediately and seek stay order which you would get with little efforts. Thanks

A.Send a para wise reply to the notice and await their reply, Approach the competent authorities to understand the grounds of eviction and seek stay on the eviction

A.Dear clint you first give reply to the Notice which you receive and go to approach to court and take stay form to the court not evict you without due process of law
