I m married and having a daughter age 8 months. After my delivery as my in-laws said that i hv to stay at my parents home till 3 months as family rituals,
But in that 3 months me and my hubby had a lot of bad convo's, fights, and said alot related to families also but were still spending time together also... After 5 month's my in-laws refused to take me with them. After 6 month's 3 meetings were conducted btwn both the families and from 2 months onwards my husband is not talking with me and didn't saw my daughter also. Now my in-laws are saying that they will take me with them only if I'll agree with their terms and conditions and will giv written assurance. What to do plz help me.i want to live with my husband.

A.Dear client, first of all send notice through Advocate claiming to take you and your baby at matrimonial house. If then also your husband to take you back for cohabitation then file petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Filing complaint against in laws and husband will spoil your relationship more , so take precautions. Filing complaints is the last option

A.Dear client,
You have to calm down and if you want to live with your husband then don't initiate the court proceedings, you can go and try and talk to your husband. But if you don't want to live with your husband or want to take grave steps then you can file a petition of restoration of conjunal rights on your husband and if you want your rights back and want your daughter to get her place in your husband's house then you can file maintenance and dv.
My personal advice would be you should go and talk to your husband and try to settle things down as u have small daughter.

A.if you want to rejoin matrimonial knot, then,
try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and start afresh, and if, failed, file Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court,
and,
if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then,
try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish,
don't forget to draft an MOU before approaching Mutual Divorce, which is the most essential and important part of a Divorce case,
some basic points to keep in mind and put in writing through an MOU before filing the petition for mutual consent divorce are custody of kids, distribution of assets (movable/immovable), quash/withdraw of pending litigation if any, Maintenance (present/future), Alimony, mode and time of making the payment, streedhan, future litigation, etc.
if failed, you are advised to file/claim
498a complaint (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
you have rights to claim residence, protection, compensation, maintenance, etc
if you do not want to opt the divorce presently, you can ask for judicial separation also,
Call/mail for a detailed discussion/understanding
