Wrongly accused of harassment Wrongly accused of harassment

What should I do if a female coworker wrongly accuse me of harassment? I just messaged her in phone that I will go tomorrow to a temple and if she wants she can go with me. And then she doesn't reply back. I called her three to four times but she didn't answered. And then next day she accuses me of harassment

A.Dear Sir,
Nothing to worry it does not fit in to the definition of sexual harassment which is defined below. Please have PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more guidance.
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.

A.1. any previous involvement with her?
you are advised to settle the matter with her amicably to avoid any harassment if she makes any complaint, you may face harassment/humiliation,
FYI, any unwelcome gesture towards a female is considered as harassment.

A.Hello,
Please clarify if she asked you to take her to temple with you or asked you to tell her when you are going next. If you are inviting her despite of her saying no or not giving consent or affirmative reply then you might get into trouble. If she is accusing you of false charge you should file an NC to safeguard your interest!

No this is the first time I have asked her. She told me she didn't get the promised biryani after Puja bonus. So I thought to take her and another junior with me on a Sunday outing.
