A.Dear client if you not happy with your husband is not a ground for divorce. So better if you convincr your husband for divorce by mutual consent or file divorce petition on ground of cruelty against your husband and you need to pop lead about the cruel and inhuman behaviour of your husband. Or if you have some time, then file application under protection of women's from Domestic violence Act, 2005 to claim maintenance and protection from your husband.

A.Dear client,
You can do two things:
1. You can talk to your husband and sit mutually and get a mutual divorce.
2. You can file a divorce petition against your husband.
And for further assistance I need to know the facts properly.

A.Dear Madam,
you will definitely get divorce before that you have to take some other steps to pressurize him to come and give mutual divorce with alimony. Come to my office for discussions if interested to share my experience.
