I have paid advance to my house owner via bank transfer. I have been staying there for 1week. Till now we haven't signed on any agreement. Now I want to vacate. But my house owner is not willing to repay the advance amount.Is there any possibility for me to get it back?

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a Legal Notice and if he did not return back your advance amount you may file Civil suit for recovery of the same as he have occupied for only one week.

A.Dear client,
You can file a suit for recovery but then you have to take into account few things that he cannot establish the relationship of landlord and tenant.
