A.Cheque bounce will not apply for a personal loan as the cheques given by you were towards security before obtaining the loan. At that point of time, there was no legally enforceable debt was existing.

It must be cheque bounce case and normally warrants cannot be issued in civil cases for recovery of amounts.

A.Cheque bounce will not apply for personal loan as the cheques given by you were towards security before obtaining the loan. At that point of time there was no legally enforceable debt was existing. You can file for recall of warant under Sec.70(2) of Cr.P.C and proceed with the case on above grounds.
