Sir Maine home credit India finance se 89000 personal loan liya tha. Sir loan lete time EMI 3483 and interest rate 13 %flat batya thi but sir loan dene ke bad koi bhi customer care wala bat nhi kiya bolta ko apko jis executive se loan mila h unse bat kariye. Yhi karte karte sir mai 17 EMI mere account se 4983 ki kat gyi h mai is loan ko band karana chatu hu but home credit se 66000 ka amount bharne ko bola ja rha h sir isme kuch ho skta h please advise.

A.Please apply for the statement of loan account after receiving the same issue a legal notice to them for breaching the loan agreement terms. You are required to provide your loan sanction letter and loan agreement for issuing Legal notice.
