Declaration Suit
We bought 8 Katha land in 1978. The deed has a few details wrongly mention like link deed details, site plan etc. We didn't observe these earlier. Now we want to correct the wrong or ambiguous details. How to do so? Whom to select as defendants for declaration suit? Please help.
