Giving a GPA to parents

Hi, I own a property in Bangalore, that was brought and constructed with a Home loan, the home loan is still going on. However due to some family issues, I want to give power of the property to my Parents/Mom.
Is this possible ? If yes, what should I be doing ?

A.1. for what reason you wants to execute the POA, pls explain,
