My brother is a lecturer in a private unaided college. Anti corruption thane had arrested him in 2015 by lying trap. As per GR in Jan 2017 the ACB can arrest to government or gov.aided also the private unaided colleges employee. Earlier the GR unaided private colleges were exempted. The trial is going on and also rejected the discharge application. High court in 2016 has issued the order to go to trial as my brother is a public servant is a matter of evidence. I need ur help to know what is the future of the case.
