Leakage in roof ceiling in flat

There is water leakage spots in the roof ceiling of my flat in third floor. I informed verbally and in written to the owner of the flat which is above me, but no action taken. what should I do ?

A.dear client in your case Give a written complaint to the association with a copy to the other owner. if they don't do anything then send legal notices to both of them to get it done. Also find out what are the Society bylaws in such matter.

A.Write a letter to the owner of the flat stating your grievances and send that letter through post. Then opt for legal course.
