FIR is been filled in karnataka without any mean under IPC 504 and 323, is that we can quash the FIR from Tamil nadu since its a false allegation or we need to go to Karnataka and fight for it. Without any intimation karnaka police has filled the complaint and post that they intimated us

A.You need to apply for quashing of the FIR before the high court of Karnataka under S 482 of CrPC. Untill and unless you can prove beyond doubt that this is a false and frivolous case, chances of succeeding in these cases is very low.
