I got married in April , 2018. I have been informed by My husband's EX- GF about their relationship after engagement . I couldn't break an engagement due to social humiliation . I wanted to have court marriage because of financial condition. But my husband wasted to show off his community as he was getting married at the age of 34. I told him that i cant afford as i don't have father and saving is only 3lac. we live in rental house. He said it's fine you spend 3 lac ..other i will bare. after marriage he kept on blaming me for marriage investment . Abusive behaviour , blames , fights on daily basis.. It was like that he got married to me for a sex only. His such behaviour has changed his parents behaviour towards me . Then domestic violence and adultery came in to this marriage . I tried to live separate for sake of peace and safety. But again and again i have been cheated by him emotionally . In two yrs i have not been given a single money. He said that you are earning so you bear your expenses. I couldn't helped my widow mother because of my conservative in laws. I have been stopped to call and visit surat. I consulted an astrologer , psychologist , counselor to work out this marriage but same things i have got from him . Now i made my mind. I can not survive with him. My hard-earned saving had been wasted in this marriage . I have been used for household work . I just want to have divorce. Please advice me . Will i get alimony from him ? How much ?

A.As going through your case it's case of Domestic violence on women act 2005,so you can File a 498A case on him and his family .
Where u can take also file a case fot maintenance from him and if he is ready for mutual consent u can go for it too and can take a permanent alimony from him.
