what will be GPA status in future if person who did GPA in other name dies.

GPA comes to an end on the death of executor of GPA but in some cases it may continue if consideration was received by the executor of such GPA.

A.Dear client,
The GPA goes with the person. It will no more be valid as the person on whose name it is made is no more alive.

A.GPA executed by a person in favour of another is valid and in force only till that person is alive, once he dies, the GPA also becomes null and void.
