My elder brother is owner of 50% of a Flat, the balance 50% owner was my late mother. Mother's legal heirs are her three sons and one daughter. The three sons includes myself and the abovesaid elder brother. The said elder brother who is 50% owner of flat is now bed-ridden with serious illness. We now intend to sell the Flat to pay for his treatment and also to pay for oldage home-stay of the daughter. So, how to proceed for selling the Flat. In this regard one of the sons, i.e. my younger brother is reluctant to sell the Flat.
