How can i solve my problem. I paid brokerage of 15000 to a broker but the flat we had decided he didn't provide it to us on the date promised and asked to wait for one month.I was in hurry so i asked him to give our brokerage back He said he will give it back next month's initial days but it has been 3 months he only paid 11000 till date and is refusing to pay the remaining amount.What action can be taken against him

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a strong legal notice threatening to carry the message in social channels etc and he may be afraid of his reputation in the market and thus may come for settlement.

A.Dear client,
If he has paid 11000 out of 15000 then it is up to you that you may file FIR against him or issue a Legal Notice or compromise on it, bcz for rest amount you will have to bear more cost or fees for any action.
