If offences are non compoundable then complainant will be examined by the Court and during evidence before the Court the complainant must say that the said complaint was lodged due to misunderstandings as such he does not want to proceed with the case against the accused.

A.Your question lack details. As far as criminal law it is before the court. There you have to move application for compromise by your Advocate before judge.

A.Both sections are Not compoundable ( no compromise allowed). but, inform the court (judge), the judge may allow compromise.
