I am purchasing a flat form seller. Flat register person death now his wife sells this property, she having her husband death certificate & Legal hear certificate from MRO office

A.Dear Sir,
The property was be changed in the names of legal heirs in their joint names and take signatures of all the legal heirs on the Sale Deed.

A.Since the wife of the person who has died has his death certificate and also the legal heirs certificate you may purchase the flat. At the same time please see that there is no due on account of Electricity, Maintenance of the flat, municipal taxes, etc.
