Kalka ji DDA flats New Delhi MCD has taken our RWA office forcefully on the grounds of commercial uses.we have clarified the position and taken up the matter through Delhi Government and PMO office.But no response has been received.

CAN WE WRITE TO SUPREME COURT. FOR JUSTICE IN THE MATTER IN THE LIGHT OF SECTION 142 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA OR ANY OTHER WAY OUT TO PLACE OUR PETPETTIONTION AND DECIDING IN THE MATTER.Kind regards V K Suri Secretary RWA.

A.Dear Sir,
First you may approach local High Court since Supreme Court is already burdened with so many urgent cases.
