Is it possible to re settlement of same property to the same person who gave settlement. What is the rule behind it?

A.Yes, contract law would apply. Just get it written properly that's it.

A.Yes. You may move for re-settlement as it is not wholly binding by Court of law. This settlement deed can be changed as much as time between the same property and same person till they are alive. Unless, the Court interference is available it can be changed.
