i m 43yr male, with son 15yr & wife living happily, but since last 30months i m in relationship with lady 37yr old, whome i love lott, before meeting we she had filled case of divorce with her husband , now mutual consent divorce will settle by feb 2020, we want to marry each other, but she is saying me to get divorced with my first wife n then she will marry with me, but i dont want to give divorce to my first wife, i love my son lott, is their any way to get marry with mutual consent, n get her all legal rights as a wife, because the lady whome with i m in love she is feeling in secure about these type of relationship. Pls advice.

A.Without taking divorce with your wife till not possible to marry her otherwise it will be become void marriage

A.In Law a person cannot marry second time when his/her spouse is living and there is no legal divorce between the husband and wife. So you cannot marry second time without taking divorce legally during the lifetime of your first wife.
