A.Dear client you can file for the divorce in the ground of desertion and cruelty. If you don't know his addreess , then you can put his last known address in petition. If he failed to appear before court, court will pass ex-parte divorce petition. Once the marriage is registered , it only be cancelled by court divorce decree. No other solution , you are seeking for.

A.First of all if you have not taken divorce first go for the divorce proceedings by Hindu marriage act, you can talk to your husband and if both of u are ready for the same then go mutual consent divorce, because only and only after the dissolution of first marriage u can go for the second one.

A.You married a person and the marriage was registered or the marriage between you and that person was solemnized under Special Marriage Act, 1954. Without getting divorce from the Court of District Judge your marriage with any other person is not legal and valid in the eye of Law. So first, get a Divorce from the Competent Court and you may get the ex parte decree. For detailed procedure you may contact through Vidhikarya platform by taking paid service. After getting divorce you may marry the second time.

A.Dear client,
You may file Divorce on Desert ground, But it may delay for decree from court.
But, if u realy do not know about his whereabout, then file FIR for missing / Lost person, and if he does not return to home, then publish in Local News paper for his appearance and return to home. And even if, he does not return then. You may marry.
Thanks
