Builder is denying for car parking

Dear sir
Myself Renu Tayal from greater noida Gautam Buddha Nagar. I purchased a flat 517sq feet in SDS Nri Residency Pari Chowk Greater Noida in 2017. At the time of booking builder assured me all the basic facilities are free with the flat but after one year at the time of registry he denied me free car parking which is mentioned in the agreement . I have taken fit out possession of my flat. I dont have any place to park my vehicle. What to do know? Builder is demanding a huge amount for car parking. I have not registered my flat so far
Please guide me as soon as possible.

A.You can file a consumer complaint against the builder. Also please do it ASAP in order to avoid any delay
