Conciliation on POSH Conciliation on POSH

ICC said me to write an apology as the aggrieved woman said while I have not get written complaint, also in pressure I written apology in false case. What right do I have now after writing an apology for the crime that I have not committed. Also after 2 days I reached IC member to record my responses but they don't reply.

What right do I have now?

A.This seems to be a case of unfair probe and investigation which has affected your Right to Life under the article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Kindly send an email or letter by post highlighting the fact that apology was taken on pressure and without any lrgal advise and hence the same should be withdrawn. Once you have this on record and even if the ICC does not respond then in the future you always have a written document to prove that you had previously informed the ICC and ame your side safe.

Alternatively you can contact the 'Special cell for Women and Children' with a complaint that the ICC is not reaponding and taking your statements on record.

Alternatively you can contact the 'Special cell for Women and Children' with a complaint that the ICC is not reaponding and taking your statements on record.
