Do we need to submit Original Documents in Consumer Forum while filing a case!! (Legal Notice has been sent but no response from the company)

A.Dear Sir,
You need not submit originals but only certified copies or notified copies are sufficient.

A.Dear client,
No there is no need to submit the original documents in the consumer forum. You can simply file the photocopy and you can supply the originals as and when the court requires.

A.One may file a photocopy of the documents on which he is relying on in the case and pray for leave of the Court for filing the original of the documents at the time of hearing. At the time of hearing he will file the original documents.
