My bike crashed with a car on road. They filed a case in police station for compensation for there damage.

What is the procedures for pay there claim through my vehicle insurance...???

A.Dear Sir,
Case cannot be filed in police station seeking compensation however it is insured it is the responsibility of Insurance Company to pay such compensation.
