Query regarding court fees in civil suit cases

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please give me advice that i want to know the while filing the civil suit cases the court fees is higher in "title suit" or in "partition suit" cases? How much percentage one have to pay court fees with respect to the valuation of the land (commercial or agriculture) or properties?
A.Dear Sir,
Each State has its own Act called "Suit Valuation and Court Fees Act" and accordingly you have to pay the Court fees.
