Sold Ancestral property without minor successors consent Sold Ancestral property without minor successors consent

We had a land ( ancestral property, which was not partitioned), my father and his brothers sold that in 2005 to third party without consenting me and my cousins. At the time of sale we were minor but still they did not take behalf signature (OR) court permission for minors. We are 6 grand children's thinking to file a suit against this sale and claiming our share now in 2019. Now I'm 30 years old. Please some one advise us, shall we file a case now and get our share back
