Dear sir/Madam,

We have 6.22 Acer land in my village, we got this land in 1974 from the land lord in the form of sadabinama, for 10 years my father and his nephew cultivated commander. After 10 years decided to share the land equally. So we got 3.11 Acer's and other got 3.11. so that time onwards we are in the possession. We have phani till 2000 with 3.11 Acer's but we don't have patta. In 2000 my father's nephew has issued sale deed from the land lords brother grand daughter and register the land to 3.22 instead of 3.11( 11 guntas extra). But still my father in possession but the nephew filed a case stating that he had to get 11 guntas has he had registration. As you know till 2000 we have manual pahani and then we got online . There the vro has manipulated and managed the things.... Based on the sadabinama and pahani we have submitted the docs to court. Please advise how to overcome this... Whether we will retain our land or we have to lost it as he had sale deed issued for registration. Please help
