Respected Sir/Madam,
I am indulged in a crime when i was 16 years 11 months 4 days old (i.e., at the time of minor) U/s 325 R/w 34 IPC and the judgement came on 20-06-2016 at that time I was eighteen years old. The judgement came against us U/s 323 R/w 34 IPC and imposed penalty of Rs.1000 for each. Now at present i want to apply for government job, but people around me are saying that You are not eligible for government job as you have criminal record. At this juncture few questions arise in my mind.
1.) Whether I can be treated as minor or major in this specific crime
2.) If I am a minor, am I eligible for government job
3.) If I am not eligible for government job, what is recourse I can take to get wipe of criminal record on me

Please take the questions with utmost care. Because my career and my hopes depend on it.
