Trial court awarded 13 lakhs. appeal filed high court. matter is pending in mediation. the insurance company is denied to pay future loss. i am govt. employee. i had 40% permanent disability due to the said incident. now the insurance company denying to pay future loss. they says that no future loss. full salary had been received during period. i need some judgment on future loss to favour my case.
