Case against property

I am a sikh guy residing at keonjhar, odisha. After 4years of my marriage my parents want me to work in other state and the day i returned back to my home i was shocked to know that my father sold our home without my concern. When i asked for my share he just refused to give me a singl penny from his property ..now i cant understand what to do now! Please Help!!

A.What has happened with you points out degrading social values .Earlier sons were known for turning their parents out of thr house.But your's is a case where father sold the property so that his son i.e you may not get it.Practically you cannot claim any share in your Father's self acquired property during his lifetime and after his death only he dies without a will. If it is joint family property then you can demand share by way of a civil suit and can even then challenge the sale transaction he entered into.
