CIVIL : we purchased agriculture land in 2004 through registered sale deed 3 acres 5 guntas after obtaining the pahani stating that the land in the name of seller and pattaland. The Mandal Revenue Officer issued proceedings of mutation and patta pass book has been issued in the name of purchaser in 2004 Dec. We are in the position from last 15 years and cultivating the land. In 2019 the present Mandal Revenue Officer not issued our new onlline patta pass book, stating that during 1980 this land was declared as ceiling land and allotted to sellers. in 2004 MRO issued mutation proceedings and patta passbook in our name? What steps i have to safeguard our land. We have taken all precautions, the MRO office issued pahani, proceedings of mutation and patta pass book? please advise what steps i have to take.
