Minor ancestral property rights Minor ancestral property rights

I'm kishan from andhra pradesh. I'm 20 years old. My parents got divorced in 2009 during which they did partition of land but I didn't receive my share. The land is of my great grand father.
During partition only my father is alive. Now my father also passed away. During sale, I'm minor and hardly 9 years old. They didn't take court permission too. They took fingerprints from me. Is it valid?? How can I invoke my rights.?

A.yes. you can invoke your rights.
first, where is this property and to whom is it sold?
second, who took your fingerprints
any other legal documents available with you?

you can file a criminal case for deliberately taking your fingerprints for sale of your property for forgery and a civil case for recovery of money in case you need money from the dale deed or if you want your property back then a case of specific relief can be filed

A.Dear Client,
Your parents got divided ur ancestral property, and when any of such property sold out by ur finger prints ,which has no meaning, bcz at that time u were minor and hence no valid document, now you may claim over such sold land, if no major legal hier signed or put finger impression ,except ur as minor.
You have full right to challenge in court and file criminal case against those who did so.
Thanks
