Hello,
I booked an under construction property.at the time of booking it was said that other than home rates , registry will be extra as per govt.rules.
Now the builder is asking for 80paisa per hundred rupees for rera agreement.
However they are asking to adjust same at the time of registry.
My query is, should this charge be paid by me or the builder?
