What if company orders me to continue beyond notice period ? I have got the acceptance mail and final date too.. Having all the proofs will it be able to file a case. If ever filed a case, how long the case could go ?
A.Nothing to bother you are on safe side. If filed it will take 12 to 18 months to complete.
