It has been 7yrs of marriage and I hv been separated for 5yrs.because if their cruelty behavior.if I file a dv case against my husband and family can I get divorce and property share for my 5yr old son.please guide me.i want divorce and money back which they took from me.and a share for my baby

A.Immediately u move application for getting maintanence from husband and then file divorce case.. Also lodge FIR for such cruelty to you.. . Hope you will get all your money and valuables back from your husband

A.You need to file first dv then file a divorce.
