I’m living in a house of which papers aren’t with us. This house belongs to us but late back my grandfather signed in a blank papers and some rouge wanted to get hold of the property but one of my fathers friend came to know about this and he threatened that rouge and got the papers from him but he didn’t return it to us. It’s been more than 70years our family is residing in this house . What is the procedure to get the papers now? Kindly guide .
